I just have to quote Lars this month because I think this line is great: "I lost some cum in the shower the other day and now I can't find it." In that really long letter of thoughts, that was damn near the funniest thing I'd heard in a long time. Thanks Lars.

Wow, things keep getting better and better in Metallica land, don't they? That new clip from JITS a week or so ago just gets my adrenaline pumping! Wow! Waiting for this album is just fucking painful. Ugh

Last month I promised I would have this big news for ya'll this month. I'm terribly disappointed to let you know, I don't have that news to report. I hope I have it to report next month. I'm dying to tell people, but I can't tell people just yet - not until its final.

In other news, my Metallica road trip is shaping up. Next month I should have a very detailed itinerary to share with you all. I should be hitting about 15 shows. I'm VERY excited!

For those of you techies out there wanting to get your hands on something fresh, exciting, new, and WELL DONE, check out www.helixcommunity.org - the open source stuff from RealNetworks. Its the next generation of the RealNetworks client, server, codecs, etc. in open source for you to play with. Since RealOne player for Linux alpha has issues with full-screen mode on my box I started working with one of the developers to debug the issue and eventually broke down and grabbed the source and started to play with it. Most proprietary-company-going-partially-open-source projects are usually hideously ugly and badly done/run. But this is AWESOME. The build process (despite looking a bit intimidating at first) is clean, easy to use, modular, and well written. The code is well layed out, well written, and best of all the developers are actually on IRC and mailing lists willing to help you find your way to where in the code you need to be. Three cheers for Real Networks!

What else? Oh yeah, a few intersting things this month: Spring Break, and I turn 21 (finally). WooHoo!

Guess what? I have a midterm in April Fool's Day. How much does that suck? See you next month!
