2014-02-15 Lars Writes Foreword For Cookbook [link]
Lars wrote a foreward to "A Work in Progress: Journal, Recipes And Snapshots," a three-book set by Rene Redzepi, head chef of NOMA restaurant in Copenhagen, Denmark.
